HomeShare is a community-driven solution led by a team with deep experience across both systems-level work and direct service in homelessness and immigration. Our team brings together the strengths of trusted partners to deliver a seamless, human centered experience. The HomeShare program is overseen by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with Social Finance serving as the project manager. Our on-the-ground services are delivered by the Immigrant Family Services Institute (IFSI) and WelceomNST, both trusted organizations with a long-standing commitment to supporting immigrant and refugee communities. Thoughtful, needs-based matches between hosts and families are made possible through Pairity’s innovative, data driven technology. Together, we’re reimagining what it means to offer support, building not just housing connections, but trust, stability, and community.
